TSR Community Development District
The TSR Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on July 10, 2014 by the Pasco County, Florida Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 14-14 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The TSR CDD encompasses an area of approximately 999.50 acres within the boundaries of Pasco County. The land within the District is generally located north of State Road 54 and east of Starkey Boulevard.
The TSR CDD is authorized to exercise special for Parks and recreation services and facilities, security services and facilites and waste collectionand disposal services pursuant to Sections 190.012(2)(a), 190.012(2)(d) and 190.012(2) (f),Fflorida Statutes.
